As a family of five that regularly stay at Airbnb’s, we aim to make your stay as cozy as possible! We want our guests to make lasting family memories in our cabin and, for us to be able to do so, we require that all guests follow the below house rules.

1. The owner’s closet next to the computer desk, as well as the detached garage, are off-limits.

2. Please do not park vehicles in the main driveway, as it is shared with our neighbors so they may access their barn.

3. Please remove your shoes when inside the cabin.

4. No smoking.

5. No parties or events.

6. If you use the grill, please clean it.

7. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.

8. Quiet time is after 10 p.m.

9. Illegal activity is prohibited, including the use of illegal substances.

10. No eating or drinking (except for water) in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room, at the kitchen island, or outside on the deck.

11. Please dispose of garbage in the trash bin, cans and bottles in the recycling pin, and other recyclables in the outside recycling bin.

12. No pets allowed.

13. When leaving the property, please turn off lights, air conditioning, and any other electronics, and do not forget to close the windows and lock the door.

14. Please report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. We understand accidents happen, and want to be sure everything is in top shape for all of our guests. We will work to handle any maintenance items in an unobtrusive manner during your stay.

15. Please do not rearrange furniture within the cabin, as the feet may scratch our floors. You may rearrange the outside deck chairs as necessary.

By renting our cabin, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all house rules set forth in our listing.
